Gallagher Achieves AACS Standard – Gallagher Security’s is the first manufacturer to achieve the NPSA-graded Automatic Access Control System standard in the UK.
An National Protective Security Authority-graded automatic access control system (AACS) has an intrinsic level of protection that is acquired through an assurance process and according to NPSA, an assured AACS installation can only be created by use of approved equipment and correctly designed installation, supported by appropriate commissioning and subsequent maintenance regime.
