Gallagher Secures Surat Diamond Bourse – Gallagher Security and Ardelisys Technologies have secured the world’s largest commercial office building, Surat Diamond Bourse, in the city of Surat in the west of India.
The Surat Diamond Bourse is a 15-story complex that covers more than 35 acres and has a floor space of
660,000sqm. The complex accommodates more than 65,000 diamond professionals and includes essential facilities, such as an independent customs office, international banking facilities and diamond-testing laboratories.

Gallagher Secures Surat Diamond Bourse
The diamond trading hub, inaugurated by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in December, opted for Gallagher Security’s security solution, Command Centre, to ensure the security of the complex.
Gallagher Command Centre is a security solution developed by Gallagher Security to assist customers in managing people, sites and buildings.
“Gallagher Security’s site management platform Command Centre provide a seamless, integrated security experience that prioritises security, safety and convenience for staff and visitors,” Gautham says.
According to Gautham, the Surat Diamond Bourse security solution features more than 700 doors, 650 readers and has multiple system integrations.
The system was installed by Chennai-based security integrator, Ardelisys Technologies, which is a supplier of turnkey security, safety, building automation and energy management systems.
