To support the SES in times of crisis, ID Warehouse supplies over 10,000 members throughout NSW with identification cards and accessories. Practising good corporate citizenship, ID Warehouse sponsors community events and charities and has recently sponsored the SES commemorative book, celebrating 50 years of service. As a proud sponsor of In Times of Crisis, ID Warehouse shows their support to the contributions made by the SES over the past 50 years, including the relentless dedication, commitment and bravery of its members. The official book launch was held on the 11th November 2005 at the Masonic Centre, Sydney. The commemorative book In Times of Crisis: The Story of the NSW State Emergency Service celebrates the enormous contribution the Service has made to the NSW community over the past 50 years. The NSW State Emergency Service is an emergency and rescue service dedicated to assisting the community. The Service is made up of over 10,000 volunteers, who give up their time, in more than 230 locations throughout NSW to assist their communities during floods, storms and other emergencies. In Times of Crisis, written by former Deputy Director General, Dr Chas Keys, retells the history of the SES and records the contribution made to the communities of NSW during some of the worst disasters of the past half century.
