2 Left-Field Tenders – Here are 2 left-field tenders for an ordnance robot and thermal cameras for search and rescue.  

Western Australia Police Force

Tender 1: Western Australia Police Force seeks supply, maintenance, and attachments of a medium-sized explosive ordnance disposal robot. This tender closes on September 12 – there’s more information here.


The Justice and Community Safety Directorate

Tender 2: The Justice and Community Safety Directorate, requires a qualified and experienced service provider for the provision of handheld thermal imaging cameras for ACT Fire & Rescue.

The cameras will be required to perform to a standard to support operational capability when responding to fire rescue and hazmat incidents. The ACTF&R anticipates 27 devices will be required across the service by 2028, with an additional estimate of up to 10 additional units required throughout the remaining contract term.
