PROCCTV Seeks Acquisition Or Partnership Offers For Security Installation Business.
PROCCTV Seeks Acquisition Offers – Brisbane-based security integrator PROCCTV is seeking expressions of interest for acquisition or partnership in the business.
PROCCTV installs alarms, access control, video intercoms and CCTV split 60 per cent residential and 40 per cent SME and turned over $A2 million last year with a return on sales of around 25 per cent.
The team, which prides itself on offering tailored solutions and excellent aftersales service, fields up to 40 enquiries a day driven by its powerful global online presence.
PROCCTV’s Daniel Tuttle said the sale would not include staff but would include a demonstration vehicle and the company’s fully operational digital marketing solution. Tuttle said he would be happy to assist the transition in a sales or GM role for the first 12 months.
“We are often inundated with projects too big for the business due to our strong presence in the SME and residential security markets – given this, we believe PROCCTV would slot in well as a division of a larger installer looking to grow its residential and SME business,” Tuttle said.
“We might be based in Brisbane, but PROCCTV really is a global brand with a global presence – we have people from all over the world contacting us to say they love what we do.”
