Regional Facilities Auckland is seeking physical security operations management of its IT resources – such physical security solutions are likely to include access control, CCTV, alarms and automation.
Auckland Unlimited is issuing this Request for Information RFI to better understand how an enterprise system or systems can resolve its current challenges in managing the organisation’s diverse physical security responsibilities and support its transformation program.
“We believe that a technology platform or systems may better enable our security operations, but we need to learn more before we can finalize our requirements,” Regional Facilities said.
“We are asking the market to help us answer some questions so that we can move into a future procurement stage with the confidence that we fully understand our requirements and how the market might be able to meet those needs.”
RFA has 6 divisions – Auckland Art Gallery, Auckland Conventions, Auckland Live, Auckland Stadiums, Auckland Zoo and the New Zealand Maritime Museum and hosts more than 4 million visitors annually.
Its venues included ANZ Viaduct Events Centre, Aotea Centre, Aotea Square, Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tāmaki, Auckland Town Hall, Auckland Zoo, Bruce Mason Centre, The Civic, Mt Smart Stadium, QBE Stadium and Western Springs Stadium.
