How Installers Can Earn Passive Income with RISCO Alarms From LSC.

Earn Passive Income with RISCO Alarms – According to LSC’s Evan Wilson, one of the most exciting opportunities available to security installers today is the ability to generate passive income by installing RISCO alarm systems.

“Designed to help installers not only increase their margins but also build long-term, sustainable income streams, this program is a game-changer for businesses looking to

future-proof their operations,” Wilson said.

“The RISCO Cloud App is the platform through which RISCO’s security products can be managed and monitored. It combines all RISCO’s advanced security features, such as remote monitoring, video verification, and smart home integration, into a single, easy-to-use app.

“The RISCO Cloud Revenue Program allows installers to earn recurring passive income every time they install a panel and provide the RISCO Cloud app services to their clients.”

According to Wilson, by joining the RISCO Cloud Revenue Program, installers can monetize their existing customer base and generate ongoing revenue from every RISCO system they install.

“Installers can choose from two different passive revenue-earning models when signing up for the RISCO Cloud Revenue Program,” explains Wilson. “The way your business operates and how you interact with your customers will influence which model suits you best.

Wilson said option 1 is the reseller plan.

“If you have ongoing service contracts with your customers and want to maximize your profits, the Reseller Plan is the way to go,” Wilson explained. “You’ll have full control over pricing and can bundle the RISCO Cloud App with other offerings and service fees.

“As a Reseller, you (the installer) pay a small ongoing fee to RISCO for the cloud service app subscription at each site. You have the flexibility to set your own pricing for customers, allowing you to incorporate the subscription fee into a broader service package. This approach enables you to offer added value while maintaining a profitable business model.”

Option 2 is the non-reseller plan.

“If you don’t offer maintenance contracts or prefer to avoid the hassle of billing and collections, the non-reseller plan is a better fit for you. RISCO will handle the billing, and you’ll still earn a stress-free share of the revenue,” Wilson said.

“In this plan, RISCO charges the end user (your customer) directly for the cloud service app subscription. RISCO then shares a portion of the revenue with you, the installer. This option is ideal for installers who want to earn passive income without the administrative burden of managing subscriptions. RISCO handles all the billing, and you simply receive your share of the revenue.”

According to Wilson, joining the RISCO Cloud Revenue Program is simple and free to get started.

“If you’re already a RISCO installer with an active RISCO Installer Admin account, you can register for the program and choose your preferred plan all within the RISCO admin portal,” Wilson said.

“If you don’t yet have an account, you can sign up by navigating to the registration page on the RISCO Cloud Platform and following the prompts. Full eligibility criteria are available from your LSC branch.

According to Wilson, once you are registered to the RISCO Cloud Revenue Program, you can add all the RISCO sites that you’ve previously installed. For new future installations you can purchase RISCO products and kits at LSC Security Solutions, further building your revenue stream.

“The RISCO Cloud Revenue Program is more than just a way to earn passive income – it’s a way to future-proof your business,” Wilson said. “By leveraging the RISCO Cloud Revenue Program, you can turn every installation into a source of ongoing income.”
