Bosch IVA Pro Appearance – Bosch IVA Pro Appearance is part of Keenfinity’s IVA Pro video analytics platform – this is a highly polished solution – Keenfinity has been doing IVA for a long time.
IVA Pro enables identification of people or vehicles based on extracted appearance metadata. This includes clothing colours, clothing length, hair length and colour, gender indicators, and presence of accessories such as hats, glasses, backpacks or bags.
Operators can use IVA Pro Appearance to perform retrospective searches via supported video management systems using this appearance data. The analytics engine also supports people counting, loitering detection, line crossing, object tracking and presence detection. Tasks can be configured using zone definitions, sequences, and customisable scoring and trigger rules.
IVA Pro Appearance performs object classification for upright people and vehicles and can trigger actions based on presence, movement or changes in scenes. Its metadata engine runs at the edge, which supports efficient use of network and storage resources. When an analytic rule is triggered, the camera can transmit higher resolution video or alarms. IVA Pro Appearance integrates with Bosch video management systems and third-party platforms via standard protocols and available integration drivers.
In live monitoring applications, the analytics engine can be used to trigger alerts or drive automated responses, such as changing camera presets or activating audio alerts or system messages. IVA Pro Appearance also includes tools for crowd detection, density estimation and routing logic.
