It also generates internal management reports, supplier bills of materials, client proposals and structured handover documentation directly from the approved tender record.

Supplier pricing is maintained through a governed catalogue system supporting guided imports, future-dated price updates, historical pricing records and tender-specific cost overrides, allowing organisations to update pricing without affecting previously approved tenders.

Unlike many cloud-based estimating platforms, SecurityEdge Studio is installed locally on Windows and uses machine-bound offline licensing. Tender data, supplier pricing, client records and proposals remain within the customer’s own environment rather than a mandatory SaaS platform.
