City of Parramatta Seeks Integrated Security Services – City of Parramatta Council is seeking licensed security providers to establish a panel for integrated security services across its local government area, with work to be allocated on an as-required basis over the contract term.
The security procurement is divided into 3 parts. Panel 1 covers installation, maintenance, support and lifecycle management of CCTV and electronic security systems, including alarms, access control, intercoms, monitoring equipment, software, integrations, fault response, preventative maintenance and upgrades.
Meanwhile, Panel 2 covers rapid deployment camera systems for temporary, mobile and event-based surveillance. This includes equipment, power, connectivity, relocation, technical support, data management and deployment.

Panels 3A and 3B cover licensed security personnel for the Citysafe Security Operations Centre and protective security across Council facilities, public spaces, events and operations. Services include control room monitoring, incident response, patrols, access control, customer service and escalation of safety and security matters.
