Siemens Agrees To Acquire Vistascape

VistaScape is a leading developer of automated video analytic technology designed to protect critical infrastructure from a broad spectrum of threats. Its customers include major U.S. airports, government facilities and sensitive commercial sites. The transaction, which is expected to close within 30 days, is subject to approval by regulatory authorities. “VistaScape provides a platform to deliver integrated surveillance applications that enhance the value and effectiveness of the entire security infrastructure.
