Building on the strategic global partnership aimed at complete integration of Bosch IP video devices with the Milestone XProtect IP Video Management Software (VMS), Bosch Security Systems will now also become a distributor of the Milestone software in Australia.

The synergies between Milestone’s open platform software and Bosch Security Systems’ cameras enable partners and customers to explore the intelligence and efficiency of Bosch Security Systems’ camera solutions and Milestone XProtect market-leading VMS. This gives Milestone and Bosch Security Systems a further boost in shaping and driving the industry on a tactical level by better supporting the channel partners, who create innovative, easy-to-use and business-enabling video solutions to customers worldwide.
Milestone is participating as a premium partner in the Integration Partner Program (IPP) from Bosch. IPP was designed to ensure interoperability of Bosch video products with leading software solutions. Bosch Security Systems is also one of few companies in the world to achieve the status of Elite Partner in the Milestone Camera Partner Program (CaPP), as well as a Milestone Solution Partner (MSP).
This is a significant tightening of an already close and long-standing relationship. As part of their strategic partnership, Bosch and Milestone have intensified their joint marketing efforts, demonstrating the integrated solutions at the recent Security 2014 trade show in Melbourne.
Milestone XProtect products will only be available to direct Bosch customer accounts and not through Bosch distribution partners.
