The NT Government on behalf of NT Police, Fire and Emergency Services is seeking the delivery of multiple custody and police station CCTV solutions at various locations across the Northern Territory.

NT Police has 63 police stations and a team of around 1500 – unlike other states, police officers in the Northern Territory are part of what’s called a Tri-Service, which includes the Northern Territory Police, Fire and Emergency Services, with the Commissioner of Police as CEO.

The new CCTV solution is expected to enable full digital streaming capability and data retention. Note that while this tender has only just been released, it closes on May 22, so don’t delay if you’ve not already completed a tender application – you can find out more here.
