Peninsula Health Seeks Video Analytics – Peninsula Health in Victoria has gone to tender seeking video analytics for its Smart Wards Project.
The Smart Wards project is a part of the National Centre for Healthy Aging (NCHA) Program. It aims to collect patient observations and feedback from multiple sources for clinical and research purposes.
Peninsula Health seeks a video analytics system that will ingest video from CCTV cameras and produce specified statistics for ingestion into the Smart Wards database.
Peninsula Health is the major health care provider serving the metropolitan and rural areas on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula. Its facilities include Frankston Hospital, Frankston Public Surgical Centre, Rosebud Hospital, The Mornington Centre, Golf Links Road Rehabilitation Centre, Community Health Services, Mental Health Services and Carinya Residential Aged Care Unit.
