Headed up by James Yearsley, J H Yearsley offers independent security engineering and physical protection advice for the protection of key and critical infrastructure assets, as well as programme and project delivery for the public and private sectors. ICARAS Consultants is now the trading arm for J H Yearsley Ltd.

There are 3 prisons house female offenders, one each in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. The remaining 15 house male offenders; with 10 in the North Island and 5 in the South Island.
