TCQ Construction Seeks Supply And Installation Of Gallagher Access Control Expansion For Glenn Innes Hospital.
TCQ Construction Seeks Supply And Installation Of Gallagher – TCQ Construction is seeking tenders for the supply and installation of an extension to the existing Gallagher electronic access control system as part of the $A50 million Glen Innes Hospital redevelopment in regional New South Wales.
The tender follows TCQ’s appointment as main works contractor, with early construction activity already underway on site. The scope centres on expanding the current access control platform to support new and upgraded facilities within the hospital precinct as the project progresses.
The Glen Innes redevelopment will deliver a new acute services building on the existing campus, alongside an expanded emergency department, medical imaging capability, ambulance drop-off bays and a mortuary. The project is designed to improve healthcare access and capability for the New England region, with construction commencing in April 2026 and completion expected in 2028.
The access control component will form part of a broader security and operational framework supporting the expanded site. Hospital environments present specific requirements, including controlled access to clinical areas, integration with existing systems, and the ability to maintain secure operation during staged construction.
Construction zones have been established across the site, with fencing and controlled areas already in place as early works commence. The hospital remains operational, with public access to the main entry, emergency department and pathology services maintained throughout the build.
This TCQ Construction Seeks Supply And Installation Of Gallagher access control closes on June 22 – you can learn more about this contract here or read more SEN news here.
