SINSW Seeks Security Maintenance For Schools Across Western Sydney.
SINSW Seeks Security Maintenance – Cushman & Wakefield has released a tender seeking contractors to deliver reactive maintenance services to public schools across Western Sydney on behalf of Schools Infrastructure NSW.
The scope includes maintenance and repair of CCTV systems, intrusion alarms and access control, along with associated infrastructure such as automated doors, fencing and gates.
The inclusion of fencing, gate systems and controlled entry points reflects the importance of perimeter security in school settings, while automated and fire-rated doors form part of both access control and life safety requirements. CCTV and alarm systems are expected to support incident monitoring, after-hours security and coordination with responding services.
The contract is structured as a reactive maintenance panel, with contractors required to respond to issues as they arise across a distributed portfolio of sites. This likely involves fault diagnosis, repair, component replacement and system reinstatement to ensure continuity of security coverage and access control functionality.
Schools Infrastructure NSW is responsible for the planning, delivery and maintenance of around 2250 public school assets across the state, managing a large and geographically dispersed portfolio of education facilities.
This SINSW Seeks Security Maintenance tender closes November 30 – you can learn more here or read more SEN news here.
