Dicker Data Launches Tecom Platform In New Zealand – Dicker Data has launched the Tecom electronic security platform into its New Zealand partner network through its Connect Surveillance and Security division.
The addition of Tecom expands Dicker Data’s intrusion detection and system management offering, providing integrators with a platform designed to simplify deployment and reduce integration complexity.
Tecom delivers an integrated approach to intrusion detection, combining hardware and software into a unified system architecture. The platform is designed to support faster installation, simplified configuration and integration with existing environments, including migration from legacy systems.
Operationally, the solution is aimed at reducing installation time and ongoing service requirements, while supporting scalable deployments across a range of applications.
“The introduction of Tecom into New Zealand reflects our ongoing commitment to providing partners with solutions that are both technically robust and commercially viable,” said Paul Ross, Auckland sales manager, Connect Surveillance Security.
“Tecom enables our partners to reduce installation complexity, improve service efficiency, and deliver stronger outcomes for their customers.”
Dicker Data said the platform addresses ongoing challenges faced by integrators, including complex system integration, time-intensive commissioning and maintenance overheads. The integrated architecture supports reduced service call-outs and streamlined system management.
To support deployment, Dicker Data is offering partner enablement programs including in-person and virtual training, technical workshops, sales resources and certification pathways, along with local pre-sales and post-sales support.
