IDIS Lite Cameras Sub-$50 Pricing – IDIS has re-launched its Lite Series cameras with prices from local distributor DAS starting from $A49 for a capable DC-D2511WER-V2 turret camera.

The return of the Lite Series is being supported by aggressive pricing and volume incentives – there are additional discounts available for bulk purchases. This updated IDIS turret delivers specs you wouldn’t expect to see at this price point, including Sony sensors, IP67 environmental protection, IK10 vandal resistance and a 3-year warranty.

Manufactured in South Korea, the range is also NDAA compliant and ONVIF compatible, making it suitable for integration with third-party NVRs and VMS platforms. The cameras support ONVIF and RTSP streaming, allowing use in server-based analytic environments without locking users into proprietary ecosystems.

According to IDIS, the Lite Series is designed for quick deployment, with easy enrolment into IDIS NVR and ISS VMS platforms, reducing commissioning time for installers. At the same time, the open standards approach means the cameras can be deployed into mixed environments where flexibility is required.
