OSA Announces New Partnership with VIVOTEK

COMMUNICATIONS, networking and security distributor, Optical Solutions Australia, has formed a technology partnership with pioneering IP video manufacturer, VIVOTEK.

The partnership provides OSA customers with access to the entire VIVOTEK product portfolio, including network cameras, PoE switches, network video recorders, and video management software.

“VIVOTEK is a great fit for OSA because we are a solution provider not just another box-dropper,” says Mike Thomas, CEO and director of OSA. “We are excited by the opportunity this partnership with VIVOTEK brings because we are committed to providing tailored, standards-based solutions for our customers.

“We have significant investment in our 3 R&D labs where we offer pre and post-sales support, project prestaging and comprehensive product evaluation and testing. We pride ourselves on delivering a complete end-to-end solution for our customers; not just the CCTV system, but the network equipment, copper and fibre cabling infrastructure and all the ancillary items needed to make it work.”

Founded in 2002, Optical Solutions Australia (OSA) says it has grown to be Australia’s No. 1 independently-owned and operated communications, networking and security distributor. With 6 offices across Australia offering local warehousing and distribution, OSA has the unique ability to service customers and projects of all sizes across a wide range of industry and market verticals.

VIVOTEK is one of pioneers of IP video and says it is committed to building an ecosystem for the IP surveillance industry through long term collaboration and growth with partners in shared pursuit of a safe and secure society.
