WYNDHAM City Council seeks an experienced and suitably qualified sole service provider for an annual scheduled maintenance-testing regime along with ad-hoc repairs and new installations for its electronic security and access control systems.
The term of the contract is 3 years with option of additional periods for total term of up to 5 years. The scope of works includes the removal of existing equipment and supply and/or installation of new electronic equipment or reinstatement works at 51 sites across Wyndham, over a period of 3 years.
A 24-hour breakdown attendance is required along with the annual maintenance and testing regime. Quotations will be necessary for systems beyond repair or needing upgrade. Quotations will also be sought from time to time for the introduction and on-boarding of new sites. Council is also seeking an online customer portal for the management for the whole of contract life.
Tenderers should ensure that they read the contract fully to ascertain the nature of the work and the terms on which it is to be performed. The works will be awarded to a sole service provider.
All submissions must be electronically submitted through the Tenderlink website no later than Tuesday 18 December 2018 at 12.00 noon (AEST). The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
