SONY Video Security is soon releasing 6 new mini-dome cameras designed for a wide range of applications.
The new EMX series, including indoor and outdoor cameras with IR in both 1080P and 5MP, boasts edge-based Essential Video Analytics, (EVA), smart encoding, including a new H.265 codec, and data security via the Trusted Platform Module.
SNC-EMX50 (Indoor), SNC-EMX50R (Indoor IR) and SNC-EMX52R (Outdoor IR) employ a 16:9, 3072 x 1728 (5MP) Exmor R CMOS sensor, as well as exceptional wide dynamic range to improve the visibility of images in extreme high-contrast environments. A Micro SD Card slot allows local recording in the camera or fail-over recording, so nothing is lost even when the network goes down.
