EOS Australia Seeks Senior Security BDM In NSW – EOS Australia is seeking a senior sales/business development manager to join its NSW operation in Auburn, with responsibility for developing new business and managing major existing electronic security accounts.
The permanent, full-time position combines new business development with management of enterprise-level customers and projects. The successful applicant will work with EOS’s electronic security portfolio across CCTV, access control, intercom, solar-powered security and LiDAR solutions.
The role involves developing relationships with consultants, builders, specifiers and designers, identifying new opportunities and developing a regional business development plan against revenue targets.
Responsibilities also include product demonstrations and customer presentations, coordination and administration of major projects, assessing products against project and system design requirements, and maintaining sales pipelines and forecasts.
EOS is seeking applicants with at least 3 years’ technical sales and business development experience, preferably within electronic security or IT. Candidates require experience with indirect sales models and solution-based selling, together with working knowledge of IP technologies, networking and electronic security hardware and software.
The position also requires sufficient technical and industry knowledge to work with technical buyers, along with negotiation, communication, presentation and account management capabilities. A driver’s licence is required.
The advertised position has a base salary from $A100,000 per annum, with superannuation and commission or bonuses. EOS also offers professional development support and paid parental leave.
